In his letter to Timothy, he writes “No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.” So let us not get caught up with the things of this world, but let us prepare ourselves for the battles ahead. - 2 Timothy 2:4
